Welcome to the homepage of Sam Morris.

From here you can view the full collection of Sam's plays, prose and idiot ramblings...

Until recently abdicating from the species, Sam was a 21-year-old human, living variously between Cambridgeshire and Stoke-on-Trent from where he recently graduated with a degree in Drama and Theatre Arts.

Since graduating, Sam now lives in his secretive Cambridgeshire hermitage from where he writes anarchic and surreal comedy ranging from the satirical to the farcical and fantastic.

Sam is heavily influenced by such humourists as Spike Milligan and Terry Pratchett as well playwrights such as Samuel Beckett, Alfred Jarry and Ben Elton.
Though his work predominantly takes the form of stage plays he also dabbles in other areas and is currently publishing his first novel with Melrose Books.

When not writing or chasing literary agents, Sam enjoys: reading, pretending that he can play the mandolin, politicking and drinking his own weight in tea.

Please enjoy the site, with it's many and various samples of writing and nonsense, and feel free to contact Sam and tell him what you love, hate or think should be included here.
